Dianella Community Health is committed to making a comprehensive range of health services accessible to all age groups in the community across six sites from Glenroy to Craigieburn.
Some of our programs are in partnership with other organisations: The City of Hume, Broadmeadows Uniting Care, Royal Children’s Hospital, Royal Women’s Hospital, Northern Health, and Broadmeadows Health Service. We are involved also in initiatives such as the Broadmeadows Neighbourhood Renewal Program and the Hume-Moreland Primary Care Partnership. Major collaborations for children’s services include Best Start and Communities for Children.
